Bass Fishing Tournament RESULTS April 2025

Our biannual Bass Tournament was held on April 19th at the Swift Creek Reservoir. We had a total of 28 boats in the water. The event was a big success. For more event photos, check out our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BMWLionsServe

Just prior to the sounding of the starting horn, the anglers stood in reverence as the National Anthem was sung by the very talented 11 year old, Gia Achruk, who is the daughter of one of our fishermen. Another highlight of the tournament was having our District Governor, Dr Kristina Ramsey help with the weigh-in.

We wish to express our appreciation to Dance's Sporting Goods and Bob Moates Sports Shop for contributing some nifty door prizes. We urge you to continue to support these local businesses.

We would also like to thank the following:

• Lion Paul Pinnow for donating a handmade filet knife for use as a door prize

• The Brandermill Community Association for partnering with us on this community activity
